Trip information: the destination, travel month, children's ages, and preferences you enter when creating your plan. This is used to generate your personalised checklist and travel plan.

Usage and analytics data: anonymised information about how pages are used, such as which steps are visited and where people tend to stop. This helps us improve the experience.

Cookies: small files stored in your browser to help the app remember your session and improve performance. See our Cookie Policy for more details.

Payment information: handled entirely by our payment provider. Navidou never sees or stores your card details.

We use the information you provide to generate your packing checklist and travel plan, send your checklist by email if requested, improve the quality and accuracy of our planning tools, and contact you only if you've opted in for updates or if there's a technical issue with your account.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We keep it as simple and minimal as we can.

The full paid travel plan is generated using AI. The travel information you provide is sent to our AI provider to generate your personalised plan. This information is used for generation purposes only and is not used to train AI models or shared with third parties for marketing.

If you're based in the EU, you have the right to access the data we hold about you, request corrections, ask for your data to be deleted, and object to certain types of processing.

To make any of these requests, simply email us at hello@navidou.com. We'll respond as quickly as we can, usually within a few days.

We keep your trip plans and account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymised analytics data may be retained longer for product improvement purposes.
